DURABILITY AND STAINLESS QUALITY.

Mori 2A uses AISI 304 stainless steel, as it offers excellent performance in terms of deformation, as well as ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion. Compared to the 200 Series steels, the stainless steel used by Mori 2A is highly deformable, optimizing processing performance and guaranteeing a finished product with an excellent quality/price ratio. In addition to using AISI 304, Mori 2A also uses a particular heat treatment (solubilization or recrystallization annealing) for products made using deep drawing. Solubilisation followed by pickling, passivation and vibro-tumbling, used for certain products, enhance the quality of the AISI 304, making these products highly corrosion-resistant.

VARIETY, SAFETY AND VERSATILITY.

MORI 2A selects a variety of plastics with the objective of providing resistant, durable, safe and versatile products. The know-how we have gathered also in the area of plastics ensures we can meet specific requirements by designing and producing solutions that exploit the peculiar qualities of each material: from the impact resistance, transparency and lightweight quality of polycarbonate to the properties of BPA-Free TRITAN; from the high heat resistance of Grilamid to the particular advantages of polypropylene – non-toxic, sterilizable, odourless and resistant to acids and solvents. All plastic items produced by Mori 2A are 100% recyclable.

EVERLASTING ANTIBACTERIAL COATING.

ABACO® is the ultimate thin film antibacterial coating, combining the resistance, durability and beauty of PVD coating with the exceptional antibacterial properties guaranteed by nanotechnology. Thanks to the perfection of innovative production processes, ABACO® is able not only to prevent completely the proliferation of bacteria but also to eliminate it, guaranteeing perfect and lasting hygiene. Therefore, ABACO® has both a bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect. Unlike normal paints that deteriorate due to wear, creating an area of accumulation of bacteria and directly in contact with the substrate, the ABACO® coating stays in place, deforming with the substrate itself and thus maintaining its bactericidal capacity active throughout. the life cycle of the product. ABACO® antibacterial coating can be used on a wide range of stainless steel products, such as Gastronorm containers, lids, pans, trays, tubs, basins and accessories for ice cream parlours and much more.

THE IRREMOVABLE LABEL.

We are not talking about a label applied ON the piece, but a label IN the piece. In Mold Labeling is the ideal solution for the decoration of plastic items. Customized films incorporated in the piece itself during production ensure better quality, coverage of larger surfaces and serial precision, as compared to traditional processes with self-adhesive labels, pad printing, screen printing, PSAs, hot stamping and similar. Precisely for this reason, as it is not a label applied to the surface, but rather incorporated into the product itself, it is impossible to remove and therefore lasts longer also in terms of colour fastness.

AESTHETICS AND RELIABILITY.

PVD – Physical Vapour Deposition – is a technology used for the deposition of thin metal films on different types of substrates. The process takes place under vacuum, where the metals to be deposited are evaporated. The metal ions, due to their kinetic energy and the difference of potential applied to the piece to be coated, are attracted to the surface of the objects, where they condense and form the desired coating. The metal film is obtained through a physical process and, consequently, has superior characteristics compared to any other chemical or electrochemical treatment.
