The Mori family has been dedicated to metal working since 1928. In 100 years of history, the ability to evolve and change by adopting the solutions offered by technological progress to meet the new needs of an increasingly diverse and specialized market, has been acquired.

In 1991, with the entry into the business of the third generation of entrepreneurs, the company is configured with the current structure of Mori 2A, marking the complete transition to industrial reality. The rich legacy of experience and expertise related to machining and metal craftsmanship, remains in the specific approach to the needs of the customer and in the design of each product, while the adoption of automatic production lines makes it possible to interact with the biggest international clients.

The stainless steel product lines are therefore complemented by the plastics processing, which can meet increasingly articulated demands in the HORECA sector, completing the offer to cover a constantly evolving market, by focusing on customer needs.

The search for increasingly optimized solutions, in terms of efficiency, quality and responsible use of technology, leads the creation of an independent unit, specialising in research and development. Mori 2A completes its own growth in the international arena, giving rise to a strong partnership with stakeholders from all over the world, while maintaining unchanged the value of a genuine and transparent entrepreneurial approach, in the transition from the handshake to the Gentleman’s Agreement.

With over 1,800,000 pieces produced every year, the Nuvolento site covers in total independence the production of steel food containers, tubs, sinks and accessories for delicatessens, ice cream parlours and restaurants.
Stainless steel processing systems and equipment, the result of continuous technological innovation, ensure the flexible, agile and smart management of the entire production cycle at Mori 2A, from design and prototyping right through to storage of the finished product.
Full control of every phase means products can be developed and industrialized even according to direct customer specifications.

Automated continuous cycle production for a complete and integrated product range.

The willingness to offer specific solutions for the catering, ice cream and beverage sectors, has determined the specialization of Mori 2A also in the manufacturing of containers,
accessories and components in propylene, polycarbonate, ABS, TRITAN, PETG, PMMA, PES and other plastics.

Equipped with automated production lines thanks to the adoption of industrial robots, the new Brescia Est headquarter is capable of a production of over 3.400.000 pieces per year with a reduced use of manpower. Here, advanced moulding technologies allow a continuous cycle, which can give shape to all the plastic products of Mori 2A, both through the traditional types of injection, carrot, shutter nozzle and hot chambers, and by means of bi-injection and gas emptying techniques or IML (In Mould Labeling).

The new company catalogue fully expresses the vision of Mori 2A: innovative, simple and striking. This unique catalogue has been divided into single-theme volumes that group the products according to the needs of the customer: the result is much more vertical and immediate consultation, which at the same time allows new products to be added quickly and effectively over time.
