The use of tubes for the preservation of ice cream is now widespread in many ice-cream parlours.
Inserted in an another cylindrical structure and equipped with a lid with a double body, the tubes prevent the ice cream from coming into contact with air and avoiding its oxidation and consequently preserving its quality and organoleptic properties.
The use of a lid, however, does not facilitate the recognition of flavors: for this reason Mori 2A has decided to create a new product, designed specifically to fill this gap.
The new lid for ice-cream tube is characterized by its knob for HACCP: the plug is available in 5 different colours and a specific marker pen can be used for writing the flavor contained and add other information, such as the date of production and expiry.
