Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is structured around the High-Level Structure and supported by a Quality Manual, ensuring that all aspects of our operations work synergistically and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability.

Quality

We firmly believe that quality is synonymous with food safety. This is why our Management System is based on the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) outlined in Regulation (EC) 2023/2006, as well as the principles of traceability and consumer protection outlined in Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 concerning Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (FCMs).

FCMs Legislation

We ensure continuous compliance with current national land international regulations, by leveraging a diverse range of informational, institutional and professional channels.

Energy Efficiency

Recognising the strategic role of energy and the importance of its effective management, we have integrated an Energy Management System in accordance with the UNI CEI EN ISO 50001 standard. This system allows us to continuously monitor, control and improve our energy performance, ensuring the efficient use of energy resources while reducing costs and cutting CO2 emissions associated with activities at our production site.

STRATEGIC PRINCIPLES

A - Rispettare la legislazione vigente e la normativa di riferimento in ambito energetico;

B - Progettare processi e servizi energeticamente efficienti;

C - Acquistare e utilizzare nel proprio processo produttivo prodotti e servizi che minimizzino gli impatti energetici;

D - Identificare le attività e/o le aree responsabili dei consumi energetici, al fine di individuare potenziali interventi che consentano un miglioramento dell’efficienza energetica;

E - Implementare e mantenere attivo un Sistema di gestione dell’energia, conforme ai requisiti della norma UNI EN ISO 50001 volto al miglioramento continuo delle prestazioni energetiche dello stabilimento;

F - Migliorare la consapevolezza dei dipendenti per un uso razionale dell’energia tramite attività di formazione e informazione;

G - Comunicare alle parti interessate i risultati raggiunti tramite il Sistema di Gestione Energia e coinvolgerle nel processo di miglioramento continuo.
