Mori 2A has developed and applied a coherent Corporate Social Responsibility System with the international standard SEDEX / SMETA 4 PILLARS. The aims of this new approach are manifold: the prevention of harmful situations to human rights, increasing the efficiency of the organisational structure and the supply chain, the spread of a culture of social responsibility through a permanent training process, the involvement and empowerment of employees, rationalisation of the structure and procedures with clear and balanced definition of tasks and responsibilities, the introduction of policies aimed at the family through forms of flexible working hours, the establishment of a challenging and rewarding, business climate for the professional development of staff, participation and commitment
to spreading ethical principles to all employees. The company is committed to respecting the principles of the system and asks the employees, partners and suppliers to comply with regulatory requirements relating to child and juvenile labour, voluntary employment, health and safety, freedom of association and right to collective contracting, discrimination, disciplinary practices, working hours, salary.
